2. DESIGN AND DEVELOP DIGITAL-AGE LEARNING EXPERIENCES AND ASSESSMENTS:
d. Provide students with multiple and varied formative and summative assessments aligned with content and technology standards and use resulting data to inform learning and teaching
My Web 2.0 Final ProjectThe website below outline a unit of instruction which I created for my Web 2.0 class for the final project. It includes five lessons which each use a Web 2.0 tool of some kind to help students reach the goals of the unit. In this unit, students are working on their writing skills.
This unit includes several different educational standards to be assessed within one unit. When the unit is complete, students' writing and speaking skills will be assessed through their completed work including a collaboratively written story (showing their work with others), two written stories inspired through photographs, an audio file of them reading their own story aloud with fluency, and a final product showing a complete story with pictures and audio which can be viewed on a video format and kept as record of their progress.
